Characteristics: BESTAR ER50-6 is copper coated low alloy steel gas shielded welding wire, welding conducted under CO2 or Argon-rich gas shielded. It has good weldability; stable arc, less spatter, beautiful weld appearance, less weld pore sensitivity; good all-position weldability, wide adjustable welding current range.
Application: Suitable to single or multiple weld welding of carbon steel and low alloy steel with strength grade of 500MPa (e.g. the welding of vehicle, bridge, construction, and mechanical structure etc), also applicable to high speed welding of thin plates and pipes etc.

Characteristics: ER50-3 is copper coated low alloy steel welding wire, with good weldability, stable arc, less spatter, easy weld slag shedding, fine weld ripple, smooth formation、good metal liquidity and stronger cracking resistance, very suitable to small current, high speed welding of thin plate.
Application: For single or multiple weld welding, butt welding, or angle weld welding of 450 and 500 MPa grade carbon steel and low alloy steel.

Characteristics: H08Mn2SiA is copper coated gas shielded welding wire of carbon steel and low alloy steel, deoxidized by Mn and Si in welding wire, it is able to prevent the forming of pores and slag in the weld (weld bead), increase the cracking resistance, and get good mechanical properties of the weld.
Application: For single or multiple weld welding of carbon steel and 500MPa grade low alloy steel. (e.g. the welding of vehicle, bridge, construction, and mechanical structure etc)
